The business behind
your insurance business.
Welcome to the HBFS (HeritageBridge Financial Solutions) membership program — a business-building partnership for Health, Life, and Annuity professionals, built on systems, not shortcuts.
Traditional IMOs provide contracts, contacting with carriers, and training, in accordance with Florida and applicable state insurance regulations. HBFS helps member-agents build the business behind the business. We combine operational support, AI-powered systems, marketing, media resources, documented processes, and business development to help member-agents create an organized, scalable agency — not just sell insurance.
Talent doesn't determine your career length. Systems do.
Most insurance professionals don't leave the industry because they lack talent — they leave because they never build the systems needed to operate consistently.
The agents who build long-term careers in Health, Life, and Annuities don't simply work harder. They build stronger businesses — with organized lead flow, documented follow-up, real product mastery, and support they can lean on when things get busy. That is the gap HBFS is built to close.
Our membership is a business-support and coaching partnership. It is not a leads program, and we do not sell or guarantee leads, appointments, contracts, or income of any kind. Every producer remains responsible for maintaining an active, appropriate license and operating in compliance with Florida Statutes and all applicable state insurance regulations.
Most IMOs and FMOs hand you a contract. We help you build a company.
Most traditional IMOs and FMOs equip agents with products, contracts, and training — then leave the responsibility of building and scaling the business to the individual agent. HBFS takes a different approach.
We help build the business — not just train it
- We don't simply teach systems — we help implement them.
- We assist member-agents in building the operational foundation of their business.
- Documented workflows, SOPs, CRM setup, automation, and business processes designed to support long-term growth.
- Member-Agents receive a blueprint they can continue using long after their membership term.
Hands-on business development
- We work alongside member-agents to develop business infrastructure — not just sales skills.
- Our focus extends beyond insurance production to creating an organized, scalable operation.
- We help member-agents integrate technology, automation, marketing, and operational support into one cohesive business model.
Relationship-based lead opportunities
- Rather than relying solely on purchased leads, HBFS develops lead opportunities through our own marketing initiatives, referral relationships, educational events, community outreach, and media efforts.
- As lead opportunities become available, we distribute them to member-agents based on our internal processes.
- Even non-member-agents may receive opportunities from time to time; membership includes access to additional business support, systems, and member-agent benefits beyond lead distribution.
Lead availability varies and is never guaranteed.
Media-powered marketing advantage
- Through our relationship with Ozone Gold Publishing & Distribution, member-agents may access marketing opportunities many traditional agencies cannot offer — newsletter features, educational article publishing, personal brand promotion, community visibility, business spotlight opportunities, and content marketing support.
- See "A Unique Advantage" below for full detail on this media partnership.
Beyond insurance production
- We believe a strong business should have multiple streams of opportunity.
- Member-Agents may participate in optional training to diversify their professional brand — affiliate partnerships, publishing eBooks, educational masterclasses, digital resources, referral partnerships, and personal branding initiatives.
- These activities are intended to complement — not replace — their insurance business.
Our objective is not simply to help member-agents become more productive agents. It is to help them become stronger business owners by providing the systems, operational support, documentation, technology, and strategic guidance needed to build an organized, scalable business they can confidently operate for years to come.

Rather than requiring member-agents to source, purchase, and manage these services independently, HBFS brings them together within a structured membership program. Estimated independent investment: $20,000–$80,000+ to build and $10,000–$30,000+ per month to operate, depending on business size, market, and vendor selection. These figures are provided as general market context only — they are third-party service estimates, not prices charged by HBFS, and are not a representation of your membership cost or savings.
HBFS Membership is a structured program designed to provide many of these foundational business resources in one place, helping member-agents avoid the complexity of assembling and managing multiple vendors on their own. Individual services, support levels, and outcomes vary by membership tier and business needs. Membership does not guarantee cost savings, business results, or that any member-agent will avoid these expenses entirely, and does not include every service listed above at every tier.
We don't promise commissions. We build capacity.
Our membership program is not built around promises of sales or income. We measure success by helping member-agents develop an increasingly independent, organized, and scalable business.
Four pillars every scalable agency stands on.
Relationships
We help you continually expand referral opportunities, strategic partnerships, recruiting channels, and client relationships.
Product Knowledge
Ongoing training, study systems, coaching, and SOPs across Health, Life, and Annuity product lines.
Operational Backup
When you're unavailable, overwhelmed, or growing, operational assistance helps ensure opportunities aren't lost.
Organization
Your CRM becomes the central hub for communication, follow-up, workflows, and business management.
A questionnaire built around you, not a template.
When your membership begins, you'll complete an onboarding questionnaire so we can build workflows that fit your business — not force you into a one-size-fits-all process.
Marketing exposure beyond traditional insurance channels.
One of the things that separates the HBFS membership from many traditional agencies is our relationship with Ozone Gold Publishing & Distribution. As opportunities become available, qualified member-agents may receive marketing exposure at no additional cost through our media network — this is a value-added opportunity, not a guaranteed benefit or a paid promotional service.
Because of this partnership, member-agents may have opportunities to benefit from additional exposure, including:
A portal that grows as your agency grows.
Every SOP inside is continually updated as we improve our systems — your portal today is the floor, not the ceiling.
Our goal isn't dependence. It's a business that outlasts your membership.
At the conclusion of your membership term, the systems, workflows, and documentation you've built are yours to carry forward.
Continue with HBFS
Keep our team assisting with your day-to-day operations, support, and ongoing systems as your agency continues to grow.
Operate independently
Take the systems, workflows, documentation, and business processes you've developed and run your agency on your own.
Optional paths to diversify beyond production.
Member-Agents may choose to participate in optional business development training focused on income opportunities outside of traditional insurance production.
Participation is entirely optional and does not guarantee financial results of any kind.
Common challenges we're built to solve.
| Common Challenge | How Our Membership Helps |
|---|---|
| Inconsistent lead generation | Structured marketing systems and ongoing lead-generation initiatives |
| Poor follow-up | CRM workflows and automation |
| Lack of organization | Centralized CRM and documented processes |
| Limited product knowledge | Continuous education and training across Health, Life & Annuities |
| Working alone | Operational support and collaboration |
| Inconsistent marketing | Ongoing marketing tools and media opportunities |
| Weak referral network | Relationship-building strategies and partnership development |
| No documented business systems | SOPs and repeatable workflows |
| Administrative overload | Automation and operational assistance |
| Difficulty scaling | Systems designed to support growth rather than constant reinvention |
Our membership program isn't designed to build dependent agents. It's designed to build independent business owners.
Our objective is to help every member-agent leave the program with a stronger business than when they started — supported by documented systems, organized operations, stronger marketing, enhanced product knowledge, improved client management, and repeatable workflows.
Individual results vary and no specific business or financial outcomes are guaranteed. Our focus remains on helping member-agents establish the operational foundation needed to support long-term business growth.
What top producers earn — and why it isn't a promise.
Income in insurance varies dramatically by product mix, market, experience, licensing, and business model. Publicly reported compensation surveys, including those from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, show median earnings for insurance sales agents well below top producers, while organizations such as the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) recognize advisors who achieve exceptionally high production. Top-performing agency owners and advisors can earn several hundred thousand dollars annually, and some exceed $1 million in annual compensation — but these outcomes represent a small percentage of professionals and depend on many variables.
